To Obtain Warranty service Return your monitor In the Original Shipping container. DO NOT ship in PEANUTS or Bubble wrap! Damage in shipment is not covered under warranty. 3 inches of firm packing material is suggested to qualify for your common carriers shipping warranty on your monitor. Include your contact information and Phone Number and a short description of the problem and how we might reproduce it if its not obvious.
